AirBnB And Developer Partnered On Housing In Orlando

Miami based developer and AirBnB have partnered up to develop a 324 unit building in Osceola county that will allow homeowners to make income by leasing out there apartments for up to 180 days a year. The apartments have been designed with keyless entry technology and with shared space for common areas to help accommodate home sharing. After Miami and Miami Beach; Kissimmee is the 3rd most home shared area in the US. 


The apartment is projected to be available in early first quarter of 2018.
